Our cancellation policy is as follows:

What is your late policy?

We pride ourselves on being on timely, but we do understand that unexpected issues may occur, so we allow a 5 -15 minute grace period depending on the length of your booked service. If your tardiness does not allow us to perform your scheduled services you will be expected to pay for your full services as booked. This policy is in effect so we can continue to offer all clients the best waxing experience. We do ask that you call/text us if you are going to be late to respect our time and to ensure we can best accommodate you.

As estheticians, we also sometimes run behind due to unforeseen circumstances. Please know that if your appointment starts late due to our own internal issues, we will always provide your whole service as booked.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You will be sent a reminder email at the 1-week mark with a link to confirm that you will be attending your appointment. In this email, you also can cancel or reschedule your appointment online, up until 24 hours before your appointment. We respectfully ask that you cancel/reschedule more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment. If you cancel on the same day as your scheduled appointment there is a variable charge dependent on your service. However, we understand life can get messy, and with good reason, charges will be dropped.

What is your No Show Policy?

A No Show is any situation in which you do not contact us and you do not show up for your scheduled appointment. Please contact us to explain why and we will remove fees if it's for a proper reason.  Again, please just communicate with us in a timely manner.

We understand that things come up unexpectedly so to be fair, we give you a total of 3 strikes! After 3 strikes you will need to find new arrangements for your future appointments elsewhere.

Strike 1: You are required to pay 25% of your missed services.
Strike 2: You are required to pay 50% of your missed services
Strike 3: You are required to pay 100% of your missed services, and you will no longer be able to reserve time in our schedule without paying for our time in advance.

Please note that if you miss any appointments after 3 strikes you will be charged 100% for all missed services + 3.75% (for a manual entry fee of credit card). Gratuity is not included in these prices. Further, If you forget to cancel your appointment and do not show up, this is considered a No Show.

Can I Just Walk-In?

Ideally, no. At this time, we ask all clients to call and text upon arrival, so walk-ins are not typically appropriate. Text or call ahead of arrival, as we more than likely will not have availability at any given time.  You can also look online in order to see what the schedule looks like for the day. Always try to reserve your space so we can guarantee that you will be treated in a timely manner.

Vouchers with Cancelations & No Shows?

We have a strict policy for vouchers and deals when it comes to rescheduling. You must return within 4 weeks for your maintenance. If you do not follow proper procedures to cancel or reschedule, you will not receive any form of special pricing and your voucher is automatically forfeited!  Bring your voucher certificate to your appointment. These vouchers are not eligible for cash back or credit.

Please be considerate of our times so we can continue offering competitive pricing and allow us to please as many people as we can.  Any space you reserve is your time and if you do not take responsibility for your own timeliness, the consequences are clearly outlined.
